Founder/Excutive Director
Executive Director Brings years of experience in humanitarian work and a deep commitment to women's empowerment. She leads our organization with vision and compassion, ensuring that our programs meet the needs of the communities we serve. Leads, and oversees operations, finances, programs, staff and volunteers and support in drafting organization policies. Responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of the organization’s operations and programs. • Develops and implements consistent inventory and cost accounting policies, procedures, and operational reporting/metrics. • Oversees and reports on the organization results for senior management. • Prepares accurate and timely analyses that capture and communicate business results, variances, and performance trends.
Project Officer
Project officer The project officer plays a key role in implementing project activities, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of planned interventions. They assist in monitoring progress, contribute to the preparation of weekly and monthly reports, and provide valuable insights for project improvement. Additionally, they serve as the crucial link between the organization and community, facilitating communication , stakeholder engagement, and the effective delivery of service to the participant.
